The first step for establishment of Neopan Khalkhaal Company was taken in 1988 after buying machineries of 29th Bahman Match Company in March 1988, an agreement in principle was issued by Ministry of Industries in the name of Neopan Khalkhaal Institution. Subsequently the construction of factory was started on Sep. 01, 1990.
In 1993 Neopan Khalkhaal Institution was changed to Neopan Khalkhaal Company and all assets of Institution was transferred to Neopan Khalkhaal Company. In 1994 the installation and commissioning of machineries of Neopan Khalkhaal was entrusted to Sanate Choube Shomal Company (Neopan Gonbad) by the Industries and Mines Organization.

Members of Board of Directors of Neopan Khalkhaal Company had focused on completion and installation of production line machines since 1995, in this regard reverse engineering is used so that around 2700 designs was created and performed by engineers since 1995 up to 1997.

Currently Neopan Khalkhaal Company annual production capacity of Particle Board is about 60000m3 which supplies some of domestic need. The factory has created job for 200 persons directly and for 5000 persons indirectly such as raw materials suppliers.
